The Padgetts have been traveling for almost eight years all across the country. They have produced a concise manual based on their experiences with other travelers, agencies and facilities. It is an "insight" into what it takes to maintain a successful travel career.
Of course there are many other books out there as well. All of these have received great reviews and from what I can see, any one of them will provide you with plenty of great information.
