Occupational Therapists are needed for travel assignments across America and the demand is expected to grow in the coming years. Treating injured, disabled or ill patients through the use of everyday activities is the job of the OT. They help patients develop, recover and improve the skills they need to complete the daily tasks of living and working.
The Occupational Therapist will assess and evaluate the patient's condition and needs and review the medical history. The OT will observe the patient doing certain tasks and then ask them questions in order to create and implement a treatment plan which lists specific activities and goals to be met.
How about working in Hawaii for a few months? Who doesn't want to visit Hawaii? There are OT jobs available in Honolulu, Hilo, Kahului, Waipahu and lots more.
Or does sunny California seem a little more to your liking? Jobs are available right now in Sacramento, Los Angeles, Monterey, Fresno, Long Beach and many more.
So, that's just my top three picks of places to visit. What might yours be? We can get you started on your first or next travel assignment. Just click here to fill out our Request More Info form and get the ball rolling for your adventure!
